The Mandatory Marching Band Meeting for the 2025-2026 Marching Band season will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025 in the LMHS Band Room at 6:00 pm.

Payment Plans
- Pay in Full
- Marching Band fees are due the first day of Band Camp, Monday, July 21, 2025.
- If Marching Band fees are not in FULL by the first day of Band Camp, your student will not be permitted to participate. Please email lmpantherband@gmail.com if you need financial assistance or an an alternate payment plan. NEW THIS YEAR! ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE TO FINAL FORMS. More information will be coming.
Uniform costs must be paid in full by May 23, 2025
Black Satin Jackets
- Must be paid in FULL.
- Payment types include cash, check or credit card.
- Checks should be made out to Little Miami Band Boosters & include the student's name in the check's memo line.
- Processing fees of $2.9% +$0.30 will be added for ALL credit card payments.
Refunds
- If your student decides not to continue in Band, a refund request must be submitted in writing to lmpantherband@gmail.com.
- There will be NO refunds after May 23, 2025. You will receive no uniform pieces.
