The Mandatory Marching Band Meeting for the 2025-2026 Marching Band season will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025 in the LMHS Band Room at 6:00 pm.

Payment Plans
- Pay in Full
- Marching Band fees are due the first day of Band Camp, Monday, August 5, 2024.
- If Marching Band fees are not in FULL by the first day of Band Camp, your student will not be permitted to participate. Please email lmpantherband@gmail.com if you need financial assistance or an an alternate payment plan.
- Three (3) Equal Payments, Due:
- Wednesday, June 5, 2024
- Friday, July 5, 2024
- Monday, August 5, 2024
- Two (2) Equal Payments, Due:
- Wednesday, June 5, 2024
- 1st day of Band Camp - Monday, August 5, 2024.
Uniform costs must be paid in full by May 31th, 2024
Black Satin Jackets
- Must be paid in FULL.
- Payment types include cash, check or credit card.
- Checks should be made out to Little Miami Band Boosters & include the student's name in the check's memo line.
- Processing fees of $2.9% +$0.30 will be added for ALL credit card payments.
Refunds
- If your student decides not to continue in Band, a refund request must be submitted in writing to lmpantherband@gmail.com.
- There will be NO refunds after May 24, 2024. You will receive no uniform pieces.
